/ ABOUT
I’m a multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker and music composer currently based in Munich and Vienna. Apart from my (completed) Bachelor studies in Multimedia Art in Salzburg I’ve also spent a semester abroad at the University of Newcastle, Australia, where I studied documentary filmmaking, journalism, communication and film history.
Through several internships at Sony Music Entertainment, the EU- funded initiative Documentary Campus e.V., a national TV production (ZDF) and a commercial film production I discovered my strong passion for multimedial (non-fiction) storytelling.
I am now in the process of finishing my Master Thesis as part of my studies in Communication for Development at Malmö University (Sweden) where I am exploring discourses on emerging vector-transmitted diseases in Europe with a focus on the Aedes Albopictus, also known as the ‚Tiger Mosquito‘. I am currently also studying Cultural Anthropology and European Ethnology (MA) as well as the Environmental Studies Certificate Programme at the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society. My current documentary film project will be filmed in Lima, Peru by the end of 2023.
